Very mixed environment, lived there two years. Maintenance guy Dallas was great the whole time, but stretched thin with multiple properties. It’s a decent location for getting to know Seattle. Streetcar stop close and easy walk to Capitol Hill. It’s right across from Seattle U and by all the hospitals. Downsides are it’s crazy loud. Ambulances and planes constantly, helicopters also headed to Harborview. Lots of junkies and crazy folks. There’s a DESC place a building over and it’s awful. Screaming and fights and sketch folks all night. A dude with a piercing whistle that goes on for hours. A guy got killed out side the building the day before we moved out, and there were several fatal OD’s over our two years. Property got bought out and cleaning and trash pick got erratic. The leasing and management staff did an impeccable job at getting me the apartment I wanted in such short notice. Not only were they able to provide me with options and tours even with my hectic schedule, they also were very kind and helpful in the process! Wouldn't trust anyone else to rent from!
