Tex's Chicken & Burgers

I came here a few times. The food was really good and always fresh. In fact, I burned my mouth on the chicken sandwich because I didn't expect it to be so fresh lol. My only complaint is that the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered didn't really taste spicy. It tasted like a regular chicken sandwich so I'm not sure if they just made a mistake and gave me a normal one or if the spicy sandwich just isn't spicy. On a separate occasion, however, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich from their app (under the window specials) and one of the options was to "Spicy w/ boom boom". That chicken sandwich was ACTUALLY pretty spicy, but if I had to guess, it was only the sauce that made it spicy. I feel like the actual chicken was still the regular, but I really enjoyed it. Had a quick bite here during jury duty. Decent fried chicken, fast service. Probably the cheapest meal I had so far around the neighborhood. Can get crowded during lunch service. The restroom keypad lock doesn't require passcode to access.

What an incredible dining experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, each prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. Highly recommend this place—already looking forward to my next visit!

Yesterday, I visited Texas Chicken and ordered the Hell Burger, Double Cheeseburger, Bacon Cheeseburger, and an 8-piece chicken. Everything was amazing, especially the chicken—delicious, crispy, and not oily at all. The Hell Burger was perfectly spicy. The best part? Everything is halal! 🐔🔥🍔 They forgot to give me mashed potatoes.

It's slim pickings for food in this area so I was glad to see that Texas Chicken and Burgers had opened up here. The place is cute with a small outdoor seating area in the front. There's a short flight of steps leading up to the door. The interior is clean with wood accents. The staff is super friendly and food is made fast. The prices are really reasonable. I would say cheaper than most fast food chicken joints. I got the four chicken wings with fries and soda for seven bucks. What a bargain! You can choose from four types of wings: BBQ, spicy, sweet and original. I ordered the original and I was impressed with my first few bites. The chicken is a bit on the greasy side but had a nice crunch. Fries were blah. Overall not a bad meal. Too bad during my meal they decided to empty out the gar
