What started as a joke with my brother about this place being tucked away in a small shopping center turned into one of the best Thai food experiences we’ve had. Thai Food Addict Kitchen might look easy to miss from the outside, but once you step in, you’re welcomed with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that sets the tone right away. We started with Thai tea and hot green tea, followed by a crispy, light tofu appetizer that was perfectly done. For the mains, we ordered the Panang Curry (spice level 4) and Drunken Fried Rice (spice level 3) — and both dishes were absolutely on point. The flavors were rich, balanced, and authentic, with just the right level of heat. Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. This place proves that sometimes the best food spots are the ones you
Good and tasty food! We started with the sharing appetizer, which was decent but didn’t quite match up to the entrées—the deep-fried items felt a bit ordinary compared to the bold, well-balanced flavors of the mains. The drunken noodles were excellent, delivering a rich, savory kick, while the green curry with vegetables was delicious and comforting. We ordered medium spice but could have handled it spicier. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor, though we did miss seeing red curry on the menu. There was Penang curry available, but we skipped it this time since it has sweet notes—something to try next time. The restaurant has a cozy, neighborhood-style feel, like a small mom-and-pop spot with a warm and welcoming vibe. Definitely worth a visit!
A super cozy place, probably known more for takeout. The food is amazing and even as a vegetarian I found there to be a number of options available. The people who run the place are also really sweet and humble, totally recommend getting some takeout from here on a cozy, lazy day!
Had lunch here today with 6 people. The food was fresh, delicious and authentic. The waitress was friendly and all the food was so tasty. We ordered the Food Truck favorites appetizer, pad Thai, drunken noodles, Tom yum soup and a Panang curry dish. The pad Thai had more tamarind than I was used to but it was still good. My favorite dish was the drunken noodles. Everything was great. We all loved the mango ice cream and coconut sticky rice dessert. Great restaurant and we plan to return.
What an amazing hidden spot in Helmetta! The food was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed every dish we ordered (with spice 2 and spice3 levels and it was still spicy enough to melt our sinuses). The server was very sweet and friendly. Very well maintained and clean restaurant. Highly recommend to Thai food lovers!
