We had beef briskets, sausage, beef laab, crab curry, raad na, pad kapao, and Chicken Khao Piak. The brisket was season well but the meat was too fatty, pork belly might be a better choice. Laab and curry was good but the Chicken Khao Piak was very blend and water down... Pad kapao was too watery as well.

Smell and look like 2 day old sausage they just reheat and the white rice was hard. They open at 11, my son and I got there 11:30, the pho combination was water down a few pieces of meat only, probably last time going here. Even my son was disappointed.

This place serves your garden-variety Southeast Asian dishes that will be palatable to many people. I was disappointed in the Pad Thai which was too sweet. I didn't eat much of it because it was not very good. My sister got the Drunken Noodles and that was more flavorful and layered. It had a nice spice and lots of vegetables. The Lao papaya salad was plentiful, although the generic one sold at the Asian store had a punchier flavor. The egg rolls were also just ok.

Pros -Beef brisket was delicious. If you ever had Destiny Cafe's (1/Original) beef brisket and loved it, this one here is 99% the same -Crispy/Roast pork belly. The best ever. Cons -Bigger customers be aware the place is sorta crowded , the restaurant is smaller than expected -Tables/Seating are too close, be aware there isn't much room Service was 👍🏻 for the most part good. Other mentions -Pho broth/soup was ok, bland or watered-down

A meal to remember. We had Egg rolls, Kapoon, small sticky rice, papaya salad Thai style and beef brisket. So good. You got to try. Thai Fusion are excellent and made with quality and care. You can see and taste it. I made another visited 3/1/24 and added more photo of the foods. Just look at the quality. It taste even better than it look.
