Thai House Restaurant

Had a really nice experience at Thai House. The food portions were surprisingly generous and everything we ordered tasted delicious. Super flavorful without being too heavy. The place has a cozy vibe and the service was friendly, though a bit slower than expected at times, which is why it’s a solid 4 stars for me. Overall, definitely worth a visit if you’re craving good Thai food in the area!

Married to Thai, visit Thailand often, and have tried pretty much every Thai restaurant in Montgomery County since moving here 12 years ago. Thai House has become my go-to Thai restaurant. The food is always consistent and my preferred taste. Service is quick and friendly. Atmosphere is light and relaxing. Recommend the crispy duck, crispy basil chicken or squid, and my favorite drunken noodle around

Items ordered: Crispy Basil Chicken, Chicken Drunken Noodle and a Chicken Fried Rice. I loved their crispy basil chicken and chicken drunken noodle, but the fried rice could improve. The chicken in the fried rice smelled like boiled chicken and not fried at all. The portion size was great and was sufficient for us to have as a leftover lunch.

5 stars for 5 reasons. (Would do 4.5 but I can’t do half. ) 1. Panang curry at this place has always been the best curry I’ve had at all the Thai restaurants I’ve been to. Perfectly seasoned! Sweet yet salty but not overly savory, creamy and rich. The crispy chicken basil dish was pretty good but it wasn’t as crispy as I would have liked it. I would deduct .5 if possible 2. The dessert is phenomenal here and I love the coconut ice cream! So good! Must try! 3. The price is very reasonable for this area! 4. A lot of food for what you pay! 5. Decor is nice and warm. Nice folks here and food came out relatively fast.

Small local business, with maybe 8 tables. Service was very friendly, even though the server was very busy with To Go Orders. She handled everything very efficiently. We ordered Crispy Duck Pancakes and Pad See Ew. Both were delicious. Sorry, when the Pad See Ew hit the tables, someone was too eager to let me take a picture. Would Recommend.
