Thai Square

My wife and I visited at about 7pm on a Wednesday evening and arrived to a packed house. It looks like they are still in the process of getting things moved in - there was a makeshift cash register inside on top of a dinner table. It took a few minutes but we were greeted and told was a wait to sit inside but we opted to sit outside and was seated immediately. They brought out waters and we ordered the golden bag appetisers. They were very tasty and crunchy with a good curry potatoe and onion mix inside. We also ordered the Jungle Curry and Massaman Curry. Both were delicious. Both were great portions with a lot of protein and veggies. We would definitely come back! It’s in an old house in North Springfield - beware, if you’re not from Springfield and not use to this.

First off, the sign says Thai Square but the menu says Rama Thai, and this restaurant is in fact run by the people who ran Rama Thai which was just around the corner (and now closed). That said, this is the best Thai food I've had in this region. Everything was excellent and authentic, very highly recommend. Chef/owners are Thai. This restaurant is in what looks to be an old house. It looks like there was another restaurant here before this one. It's a little run down but clean inviting. Parking available at the backside of the building.

Absolutely amazing, authentic Thai food in town, very surprise by the quality. We waited for almost half an hour but definitely worth the wait & for the good reason. All the flavors are so on point, the when we request spicy their food is actually spicy. Great food, great service. Can’t wait to come back already.

Has to be one of the best Thai restaurants in Springfield. I went just by doing a google search and wasn’t disappointed. We were greeted and taken to a clean table with a beautiful presentation. I didn’t expect that kind of sit down experience. Superior service, server always smiled, thanked us multiple team. The level of appreciation to serve was phenomenal. Our meal was perfect start to finish. Thai iced tea was new to me. Great taste. Crab Rangoon was perfect in size and quantity for two people. Sweet spicy dip sauce. Yellow curry with very low spice and Triple cooked chicken dishes had great flavors. Cooked to perfection and presentation. Great place to go!!!!!

I got to Thai Square early evening. It smelled good even from the outside of the restaurant! I was the only person there, at first, and I ordered the Duck Red Curry. The duck was crispy and delicious, the flavor between the duck and the curry married together so well! It was very authentic food with a wonderful family that owned it. The service was fast and staff were kind. The atmosphere was very chill and homey! I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family in the area!
