Overall amazing selection and vegetarian options. The dining area is nice very modern and I love the wood detailing the only con was the area could be a bit cleaner and five dollars for a plain bagel with cream cheese is a little high considering it’s nothing special in terms of food quality.

This is one of my favorite meal spots. The bagels are fresh and the staff has by far the BEST customer service. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and really make you want to come back again and again and again! (Which I do :) ) I highly recommend THB! You deserve it to yourself to start your day or make your day that much brighter! Bagel appetite!!!!

Love the bacon, cheese and egg bagel. Once a week, generally Fri, since opening during COVID. Mozzarella and extra egg...in all those orders perfect until this morning when, I was jonesing for a sandwich, they left off the extra egg....not a huge deal. 40ish sandwiches a year one mistake and still a good sandwich....

I told this to the manager and I wish share here as well. It certainly rare to go to an establishment and be able to get service that respectful, streamline and straightforward. I needed a refund for an order I didn’t pick up and the manager efficiently and quickly took care of it. Because they’ve been so helpful I went today to pick up lunch. This place is clean, the ordering process is easy and the workers including the managers are friendly and respectful. 10/10 will be returning.

I used to highly recommend THB to everyone but the service has dwindled drastically. This is the third time in a row that my order has been completely wrong when I picked it up. I express this to the manager and had little to no care on the situation. I guess I’m in the need for a new bagel place as I frequent this chain 2-3 times a week
