The Arctic Fox Bakery

Bow is a strange place, rather it's barely a place at all yet it has exquisite epicurian offerings of such skill that it is difficult to find in larger communities known for such things. Arctic Fox Bakery is a noteable example. I ordered a custom hazelnut chocolate cake, and I cannot describe to you the level of artistry and perfection in flavor, but that cake wants me to learn the words to do so, to know the science and molecules responsible for the textures flavors and the balance of each that created that perfection. If you need something for a special event, I don't know where you could find better, no matter where you reside.

The level of attention, detail, and love put into these desserts is truly remarkable! I got them for a birthday party and folks were delighted!

Quite possibly the best ice cream sandwich I've ever had. And the service is lovely!
