The B Birria & Burgers

Found The B on Google when looking up restaurants nearby as I was in from a few hours away. Server was friendly and brought everyone's food out to the tables. There is minimal dining space, so be prepared if you are coming to dine in. I ordered the B, and it had excellent flavor. Bun was fantastic, meat fantastic, sauces fantastic, fries fantastic. I would absolutely come back and try more of the menu options. There is minimal parking out front off the road, but there is a Brookshires you could park in and just walk to the front as well.

I am writing this still licking my lips and tasting the amazing food I just consumed. I had the B and my wife had the quesabirra burger. 🤯 The best! Man that burger was phenomenal. The fries are perfectly crispy and delicious. I recommend getting the queso to dip them in. If you have never been here you are definitely missing out! Perfect combination of flavors and textures to make your mouth happy!

Great Food, probably the most Awesome for pickup/takeout. The Chef/Cook gets 5+ Stars. Inside is TINY, tables are few and Elbow to Elbow. No conversing without other listening in😎 3of us met there, we were passing through town and had a friend meet us there since his home wasn’t available for visits. One of us ordered the barrier bowl I think that’s what it’s called, with beef. Another order the Birria taco plate with pork. I also ordered the Barry taco plate with beef. We ended up with two Birria bowlsS😎 Oh well, I did not need the carbos from those awesome looking tacos shells. The shredded beef, refried beans, corn, etc were great. The bowls came with rice(a bit undercooked). I ate my bowl of beef and rice and beans, but my eyes kept glancing over at the tacos. They look so yummy. Very

My husband and I went here Friday night. The service was amazing, the owner had no queso but was going to prepare more and offered it to be free for the inconvenience but my brother owns a small business so we told him of course we would pay and it was definitely worth the wait! We all had the burger and hand cut fries! It was great and I am so glad I finally got to try it, I will be back to try more!

I happen to show up just as they were finishing a catering order. They were very polite. Answered my questions since it was my first time I came back about a half an hour later. One of the cooks made a suggestion to get the quesadilla burger with the jalapeno bun and it's amazing. Thank you very much for that suggestion. This food is spectacular. I highly recommend eating here. I'm definitely telling all of my friends if they do not already know where you are
