The Back Porch Bar & Grill at The Historic Leakey Inn

Great food and fun atmosphere. Staff was courteous and friendly; made sure my wife was comfortable with her unique food allergy. Reasonable prices and the mascot was an added bonus, we love Max!

This is a really nice looking place with good service. They were setting up for karaoke the evening we visited. I think we may have had our hopes too high and maybe ordered incorrectly when it came to the food. We spent $91 for the three of us on 4 shrimp, 8 steak fingers, 3 chicken strips, 4 cheese sticks, and a handful of fries each...all of which had obviously come from the freezer. We probably should have gotten something other than fried food...I wish I had gotten one of their salads which sounded good on the menu.

The back porch is one of the most welcoming bars I ever been to. They treat you like family very welcoming, the locals are super friendly owners always go above and beyond with every customer. Best food in Leakey by far and cheapest drinks in town! Highly recommen and family friendly!
