Service is fantastic. Quick, personal and professional! Food was stellar. Pricing is super reasonable. Highly recommended. They don’t just have bagels. It’s a very full and well optioned menu. They even carry Clark’s milk.

What a gem! Service to food everything is excellent. We got pumpernickel, everything, jalapeños and cinnamon raisin bagels and all were very good. Cream cheese was very yum too. Coffee was awesome! Pumpernickel bagel was the best I have ever had. Will highly recommend. It took little time to get our bagels though.

An absolute joke. Don’t waste your time or money. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a masterclass in how to run a business into the ground. I called ahead specifically to avoid their usual glacial pace, yet the staff still hadn't even started my order when I arrived 10 minutes later. There were only two people working and almost no customers, yet they moved with zero urgency and zero care. ​The real insult, however, was the price. $23 for two sandwiches? I paid for an avocado upcharge only to watch the staff member meticulously place three paper-thin slivers on my sandwich. It’s a blatant rip-off. So today I ordered an order for a tuna sandwich and the women at the desk got the order incorrect. When calling hy I tried to explain to her what was. Wrong I was told don't speak to me that way 🤔🤔🤔🤔little confused because I only said my sandwich was incorrect. Now I had been coming here for several years and never had a problem. Actually cook with manager but tbh e disrespect the yelling at me inside when she told me she would remake it because o tried to have a conversation with the person who spoke to me crazy nicely and she in front of all the people began yelling a causing a problem scene. She calls manager and I was told to come in and speak to her another day it's ok I won't ever be disrespected out in public again for no tuna sandwich. .ill stick to down town bagel 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 prob

I meant to leave this review a couple of weeks ago. Very busy spot on a Saturday morning (as expected). The woman at the counter was a pro: handling counter orders, to-go pickups and a non-stop ringing phone with calmness and efficiency. She is a gem that any business would be lucky to have. I was traveling through, but my family enjoyed the bagels I brought home and I really liked the breakfast sandwich on a roll that I got (eggs,cheese,breakfast potatoes). The roll was fresh and the sandwich well-seasoned. Wish we had a place like this in my neighborhood!
