The Bagel Studio

I came across the bagel studio on Google maps as I was browsing businesses in the area (recently moved here). I'm picky about my bread and the sourdough here is excellent! The ordering process is smooth. You get on the mailing list and early each week you'll get a notice that the orders will open soon, then you pick a time to pick up on Friday. Maybe more days will be added soon. The olive sourdough is great, tons of olives in it, and the normal sourdough a good texture and taste as well. I wasn't a huge fan of the bagels as they were a little fluffy and I like mine denser, but I'm already a repeat customer for the bread.

Tried three items, all were top notch. Sourdough is incredibly tender. The blends of flavors are unique. As someone who has baked with sourdough my adult life (still have an active starter), this is among the best I’ve tasted.

I absolutely love every loaf this micro bakery offers. Their sourdough has the perfect balance of a crisp, golden crust and a chewy, flavorful interior. Each bite is packed with depth, thanks to the long fermentation process that brings out a rich, tangy complexity. It’s the kind of bread you can’t stop tearing apart and eating—so be careful, because one slice quickly turns into half a loaf! Another great thing about this bakery is that the owner sometimes offers baking classes. If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make amazing sourdough yourself, I highly recommend attending one of her classes. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn from someone truly passionate about the craft. Whether you’re here for the bread or to pick up some baking skills, this place is a must-visit!

This is a micro bakery - you order from them online and pick up! I discovered the bagel studio a few weeks ago after they had a booth set up at a local community center, and fell in love with their bread right away. The salt bread is sooooo good 😍😍 two of us ate six rolls in one night. They also have multiple types of sourdough and bagels that are delicious, just super high quality and you can tell the love put into it. Highly recommend trying them out!
