If you’ve got a sweet tooth (or a full-blown sugar obsession like me), this place is dangerous in the best way possible. I stopped by The Baked Bear in Miami Beach and honestly, it was dessert heaven from start to finish. I went for a warm, gooey cookie sandwich, one side the birthday cake cookie, tasting just like a fresh-baked birthday treat straight from the oven, and the other the white chocolate macadamia nut with that perfect nutty sweetness. I added Nutella chocolate chunk on a second round (because why not?) and went all in with caramel pretzel fudge ice cream — sweet, salty, and decadent with bits of crunch that made every bite ridiculously good. If you're looking for a sweet calorie bomb, this is the place to go - pick your cookie and ice cream, get it smashed and warmed up on the waffle iron, and enjoy. Definitely not a luxury my waistline can take too often, but it was a perfect way to round out a nice evening, walking around south beach, taking in the art deco, with an ice cream in hand. Thankfully, our timing was perfect - no line. But after we were done, the line went out the door.

I ordered a warm chocolate chip cookie bowl topped with their signature Bear Batter ice cream and a generous drizzle of hot fudge—pure dessert bliss. I also tried a cinnamon roll cookie and a gooey butter cake cookie, and both were just as delicious—soft, rich, and packed with flavor. Everything was freshly made and indulgent in the best way. Decent price and two ice cream sandwiches fed a family of 4. Fantastic service and so personable. It's cute inside and I would definitely come back!! Free water to after our purchase!
