I’ve been riding by this family owned Greek spot for a couple of weeks now. I’ve been meaning to check them out. Welp…today is the day!! Who knew they had quality food in here!! . Where I am: @biggreekcafe . Location Reviewed: 2732 Richmond Highway, Alexandria VA . Items Reviewed: DELICIOUS. Their Fish Sandwich ($10.99 a fried fish patty with fries, Greek sauce, & lettuce on brioche). Nicely fried, I just needed more seasoning. STAMP!! Their Grilled Chicken Bowl ($13.75 with rice, red cabbage, carrots, lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, lemon olive oil, vinaigrette, house made tzatziki, red pepper hummus and pita on the side). It’s not fancy but if want good food, reasonable prices, and quick service then this is the place. There’s free parking right behind the restaurant, the atmosphere is casual but comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. While there’s not a wide selection, there are enough choices you shouldn’t have a problem figuring out what to eat. And for the price, there’s a ton of food. I find it hard to finish everything. I’ve grown to really liking the Niko fries, which have great flavor and I love how crispy the fries are. My wife enjoys the grilled chicken Greek salad, although she can’t finish it. Good food in healthy portions. It’s in a good place where there’s traffic flow and offer (limited) free parking. It’s very clean inside, casual layout, and welcoming and friendly staff

First time trying this chain. Wasn’t disappointed. Got a massive portion gyro bowl w/ a drink. It wasn’t cheap but comparatively not bad because of the portion size. The guy that took the order was patient while I briefly browsed the menu too. Will def try another menu option in future.

Delicious gyros - some of the best we've ever had! Portions are generous, the tzatziki to meat ratio was perfect, everything super fresh and flavorful. We took advantage of the $7 gyro deal on Wednesdays and it was great. Restaurant atmosphere is inviting and clean. Will definitely be returning again soon!

What a unique new gem! Fusion Greek, American, Latin, Italian and Arab food. Absolutely delicious 😋🤤
