The Bistro

This place is fantastic! The brussell sprouts are delicious! I was told by others in our group that the fried green tomatoes are amazing. I'm not a big fan of tomatoes so I didn't try them. The BLT on rosemary focaccia bread looked really good. I had the chimmichurri steak sandwich special. It was sooo good! The steak was so tender! The veggies on the side were cooked perfectly.

Nice decos, great vibe and comfortable seating. Not a big menu, but it should have something for everyone. My dishes came out perfect with fresh healthy ingredients. The prices are reasonable.

The menu here is full of tasty gems and the vibe is classy but chill, it's the perfect spot to take someone you want to impress or just have a quality, relaxing meal. The three onion soup just blew my mind and I haven't even gotten to my entree yet. This place is fabulous 👌 OH MY GOD. The maple bacon salmon with root vegetables... it was so good. SO GOOD. AMAZING. ARR THERE MORE STARS?!? WHERE DO I GET MORE STARS?!?

The Bistro is a charming spot with an antique vibe and a menu that truly stands out. From gourmet pizzas and cheesesteaks to juicy burgers and other specialties, every dish is crafted with care and flavor. The service was quick and friendly, making the experience even better. Definitely a place worth coming back to for more!

we love this place!! we are Brooksville locals, and this has become one of our favorite spots to go and eat. We got the black goat flatbread, and the Alfredo flatbread. I recommend both they were both phenomenal and if you’re looking for a great appetizer get the goat and honey pita those will not disappoint at all. The workers in here are so sweet every single time we come in, this time we order takeout and it was wonderful as always my mother and I have a dairy allergy so we got the black goat without the Parmesan in the mozzarella and the chef was very careful with our needs, she washed the pan and made sure that it didn’t touch any other dairy and I greatly appreciated that. this is a wonderful year always, thank you.
