The Blaze Gourmet, Burger-Gyro-Vegan Kofteh

Cool Turkish spot. Little language barrier and prices are confusing on the menu.Cheeseburger and fries were good. Crinkle fries are delicious and perfectly seasoned. Burger wasn’t that hot but fresh. Would go here again. Worker just needs to understand how much before ringing things up. Using the cellphone with gloves when I first walked in was a no no. Don’t know if he changed them when making the food being it’s only him in the place as a cashier and cook.

The vegan kofteh wrap was really good! $9.50, a great price and lots of food. It was cold, which I was not expecting but delicious.

Difficult to understand workers, they didn't know much English, and that led to miscommunications and slow transactions. The portions were good, but the food ended up being unflavorful and lacking. It looked fine, but tasted like nothing. Everyone else at the table had said they tasted better, and honestly, I had tasted better as well. Once again, it was lacking. The music isn't for everybody, personally not a fan of the music, but the seats were clean and nice. Cameras are installed, place is safe. This is more of a spot for middle eastern individuals. And after taxes, Lamb Gyro came up to 10.05 dollars, beware of the price increase. Anyways, it's an alright spot, nothing to write home about though.

My order arrived in terrible condition, completely soaked, but this is not the courier's fault, it's definitely the restaurant's. I absolutely do not recommend it, it was a terrible experience.

Blaze Restaurant is one of the most special places I’ve discovered in Sheepshead Bay. I’ve been living in Brooklyn for 3 years, and I haven’t had food this delicious and thoughtfully prepared anywhere else. Everything on the menu is fresh, beautifully presented, and the service is incredibly attentive. I especially recommend the vegetarian stuffed grape leaves — they’re absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is both elegant and comfortable, perfect for dining with friends or family. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a true culinary experience!
