The Breakfast House in Socastee is a gem! Fast service, scrumptious food, and very reasonable prices. 🍳 The eggs and hashbrowns were cooked perfectly, and the gravy was delicious. Portions are generous, the menu has plenty of variety, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. Our server, Denise, was friendly and efficient, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a great local breakfast spot near Myrtle Beach, this is definitely worth the stop! Highly recommend! #BreakfastHouse #SocasteeEats #MyrtleBeachFood #BestBreakfast #FoodieFinds #Hashbrowns #BrunchGoals #MyrtleBeachEats #SupportLocalRestaurants #BreakfastLovers
When you walk in you seat yourselves which is nice sometimes. Our waitress was very nice! It’s almost like a fancy Waffle House the way it is set up but cleaner, better menu and no one yelling your orders. You can tell there are regulars that the staff know by name. We ordered the pancake special. The pancakes were huge! The bacon was done very nicely! Crispy and not fatty. Also ordered the farmers omelette. It was supposed to have hash browns but I didn’t notice those. But it was yummy anyways. Changed the Swiss for cheddar. Overall great place for breakfast at the beach!
I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately they did not live up to the expectation. I’m guessing the reason this place has such good reviews is because it’s the only place in the area and it’s more of a “been here forever” kind of place. The food was absolutely bland and flavorless. Personally, I think the grits were the most watered down flavorless grits I’ve ever had. Having a bowl of butter on the table should have told me everything I needed to know. The service was really good though even while being super busy I must say! I will not be back because the food was just not good.
Very nice breakfast place Always busy Service is great and swift
So I moved to Myrtle Beach a couple years ago and my husband brought me here to just check out some of the local areas and it is now our tradition to come here every Saturday and get breakfast. The food is amazing, the service is quick. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff treats you like family. I cannot recommend more that you come eat here!
