The Burger Den

If u feel like your life is just to good maybe stop in at this place. It will definitely waste and wreck a portion of your life. Food is absolutely disgusting. Probably the first time I couldn’t finish a burger. Staff is very arrogant and rude. Price is high for the trash they serve you.

We ordered 2 burgers and a grilled chicken sandwich through door dash. We decided to use the pick up option. We waited till we were told the order was ready before we headed to pick up our food. When we got there we found out they hadn't even started our food yet so we waited about 45 minutes until they finally started and finished the food. As soon as we got home we started eating. I can only speak for my burger, it smelled like a dirty diaper and tasted worse so I couldn't even finish it because I just kept gagging. I also had a chocolate milkshake that was too awful to finish. My family stated that their food was awful too and sometime after they were both throwing up. They both had a vanilla and strawberry milkshake that they said were fine. The next morning the 3 of us were still sic

We ordered 2 burgers and onion rings. We will never order anything from them again. Burgers were dry and the bun was greasy. The onion rings were very salty, fried hard in oil that should have been changed (rancid) and greasy too.

This is the 3rd or maybe 4th time I have visited this location and had to wait over 1/2 hr for my food. Last time I walked out the time before that I waited 1 hr to be seated and and additional hr to get my food. It is as shame they take care of the take out orders first. The only good thing about this place is their sever and cashier. Very pleasant and patient. Food has gone done hill as well. And before you make a smart remark. I have been going to this place for over 20 years and I am a cape coral resident.

Angie our door dash driver signed for the food never delivered it trying to get your money back is insane. I called the burger den to see why they cancelled my order after over 1 hour. That’s when I was told door dash stole my order I received a call from door dash that night confirming that I did not get my order and said I would get a refund within 3 days. Still no refund. Avoid ordering on the burger den app. Now 2 weeks later I get the run around. Door dash can’t find my order and needs my order number; which I never had!!
