The Burger Experience

I have eaten from here twice. I should not have given them a second chance. The second time was the worst. The first time eating here we dined in. The service was bad, the brisket I ordered was extremely salty and they acted like they were scared to put the brisket on the sandwich. There was hardly any in the bread. The second time I did carry out. The girl taking the order was a little rude. The order was incorrect. I paid for garlic parmesan fries, I was given regular fries. The burger I ordered was over cooked and dry and the egg was not cooked properly. The Korean wings I ordered had no sauce on them. I will not waste money here again.

Giving credit because the flavor of the burger was good compared to Wendy’s. Weird small portion of tomatoes and pickles… Like other reviews noted, they don’t pay attention to details of online orders. The burger comes with sauce. I asked for it on the side. Didn’t get it at all. Also, they put bacon on one of the burgers although it doesn’t come with bacon. Not sure who is making the orders but they should be retrained. Fries were also overcooked but I feel like they would have been ok if I got them while dining in. Too risky to order again.

Honestly it was my first time trying their food, and I’ll never try it again. I ordered two burger combos from them through DoorDash. One cheese burger, one bacon cheeseburger, neither were acceptable. I got two burgers meals, nothing but meat and cheese on the burgers 🤮🤢. Super disappointed already just opening in the boxes, and it just got worse as I looked. Ordered Cajun fries, got charged for Cajun fries, received regular fries. PLUS there was something floating in my tea 😭 the one thing I was so excited about was nasty and I couldn’t drink it. Thank guys you ruined my night. I work in fast food. It sucks, but it’s not a hard job to do. There is no excuse for what y’all did.

This is Backyard bugie burger Won't do this again. One day a chef wanna burger. I should prepared it myself. Low let down. Sorry ... not sorry. Take more pride in your business. Instead of simply taking money. And maybe more money will.come. also. Your gonna need reliable workers that know how to initiate an order process correctly. Good luck

Ordered 2 single burgers & fries. Food was good, hot. And fresh. But it’s straight fries instead of crinkled like the picture in the app.
