The Buttery Biscuit ~ Now Dolly's South!

This was my first time eating here but it won't be the last. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and got seated right away. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive, stopping by several times to offer top off our coffee. Even though the restaurant was full, we didn't have to wait long to get our food. We have already recommended this restaurant to friends and family based on our experience here today. This is a breakfast and lunch restaurant as they close at 2 pm. I don't know if they have any plans to increase their hours now that it is under new ownership.

I love places like the Buttery Biscuit! Good food, servers who are friendly and really hustle, cozy atmosphere… There was a bit of a line when we got there (it was a late Sunday morning), and we could have left to head to a bigger chain-type restaurant, but once I walked inside, I knew that the wait would be worth it- it smelled so good when you opened the door! Two of us ordered the French Toast (DELICIOUS!) and one got a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. He couldn’t stop talking about how tasty it was! I was a little sad that the Stuffed French Toast special had run out by the time we ordered, but now I have a reason to go back again😉

As soon as I walked in, I knew it was going to be good. It was easy to tell the locals love this place and are regular diners. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Breakfast was fantastic and lunch was just as good. Service was quick and friendly. I'm not in South Williamsport much, but when I am, you can know I'll be stopping in for another amazing meal!

Our road trip party of 5 came across this diner in Williamsport, PA and stopped in for brunch. Typical diner fare and atmosphere but good service and food. I really enjoyed their Mountie Mess plate. Highly recommend. The others in the group had their Biscuits and Gravy and the Southern Avenue breakfast. A little bit of mixed reviews on the Southern Avenue but overall we had a great time and enjoyed our meals!

Classic cafe with sit down service! A locals favorite. Found this place on google maps while traveling through Williamsport. Food was excellent. Service was great, friendly staff. Easy to get to from the highway. Lots of parking available. In the morning, breakfast was seat yourself. Not overly crowded. Breakfast was good! The biscuits were excellent. Coffee was hot and fresh. Iced tea fresh brewed and fresh. Will def come by again when we are in the area!
