The Casual Pint

Well I didn’t even have the chance to try anything.. My wife and I entered the place, there was one bartender, who did not seem too pleased about our presence… we sat ourselves, 5 minutes later I grabbed myself menus, 5 minutes later the waitress seemed displeased by our presence still… Sunday, January 4th, 2026, 1820hrs. I believe this is one of those places that the owner is not present so whoever is there doesn’t want to be there either… No other choice this day except to leave for the restaurant across from them. Oh the place was almost empty.

Pretty nice place. Lots on tap with a rotating selection, a calendar of events including discount nights, trivia, etc. Decent amount of food selection, though the prices are sometimes high considering. Very nice staff. I will say that the water dispenser could use more ice. Otherwise no complaints really.

Nice beer selection and tasty food. BUT.... Service is poor at best. Sitting at the bar, waited really 10 min simply to be acknowledged, despite the bartenders doing nothing but walking around. Wanting another beer the bartender kept telling me to hang on because she needed to take care of the people ordering beers at the register. There was always a line, so all of us at the bar just got ignored. The employees walk around lazily and don't seem to care about customer service in the least bit. I won't be back. No need to beg a place to take my money.

A truly amazing establishment and joint to spend the evening and simply enjoy. They have an great selection and a very large variety. But that's not the best part.... That can be overwhelming.... Don't try to decide what you want to order... Just simply tell Robert your likes or dislikes in as few or as many words as you want and he WI get you exactly what you want to order. A true mastery and hospitality that is very rare to come by. P. S. Owners - the tips don't do justice to Robert a nice Christmas present should be in order on Santa's (your) checklist 😁

Discovered a friendly local pub for a beverages and brats kind of evening. We sampled stouts and ciders and shopped the wide variety of brews for future reference. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are welcoming and relaxing. Already planning our return with friends! 🥨🍺🥨
