The Cheesecake Factory

Came late at night around 9:35 PM about a little under 30 mins before closing and server greeted me with hostility by the bar and was reluctant to serve me. He refused to get me chips and guacamole claiming you guys didn’t make them despite me having it 2 weeks earlier with the most sincere server ever, and he rushed my meal so he didn’t have to stay just 5 more minutes. I only ordered a grilled cheese and a chocolate milk so he had no reason to rush me like I was ordering a full on meal which would take time to cook. He left me alone for a bit, and then he ordered my dessert which came the second ick when he put it in to go instead of to stay when he didn’t even give me the option to stay, which pissed me off since eating a cheesecake in my car when the staff are still doing prep work ins

It was my first time Cheesecake Factory. Their food is pretty mid considering the price but idk if thats bc I got take out. Bonus points for whoever took my order because I requested brown bread and they did it right. Service was nice,no complaints for that. Cheesecake was DELICIOUS but a little bit on the pricer side; I still that its worth it tho. Overall don’t go for th food, go for their cheesecake.

I was just there March 4 2026th for my birthday order salmon dish with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything was cold. Sent it back to the kitchen to get heated up while I was waiting. The manager did come over and apologize. Food came back out just as cold never saw the manager again. Waitress was in a rush almost like shoving food down our throat to eat faster place was not crowded. It was a Wednesday evening. Been going to the cheesecake factory for a lot of years this is the first horrible experience I’ve encountered

Just had dinner here for the first time. Great food. Had the the Thai chicken salad. And of course a slice of s'mores cheesecake. Place was clean and service was great. Michelle L was our server. She was smiling and pleasant. Everything came out on time and hot.

Can't go wrong with Cheesecake Factory. I like their pastas, but I've never found one to be 5 stars. They are a solid 4 stars tho. Cheesecake is very rich and very delicious. The problem is I'm usually not hungry for Cheesecake after the dinner 😃.
