The Cheesecake Factory

We are just getting settled in and already having a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory. The atmosphere is welcoming, the restaurant is clean and comfortable, and everything feels well organized. Our waiter Henry has been fantastic from the start. He is friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. I ordered the chicken and waffles with an Eggs Benedict style twist, topped with hollandaise, and it was excellent. The flavors worked beautifully together and the dish was prepared perfectly. The service throughout the meal was consistently strong, and the coffee truly stood out. Service was good as always. The Bee Sting pizza was advertised as spicy, even though there was pretty much no kick at all. The highlight of the pizza was the pepperonis which were nice and crispy. The Ahi tuna poke nachos were over salted and difficult to eat. Avocado rolls were on game as usual. The steak was ordered medium rare, but came out well-done. That is a no bueno. Both slices of 1000+ calorie cheesecakes were great!

We gathered at The Cheesecake Factory for our family get-together on New Year’s Day. With its consistently reliable flavors and attentive service, it’s a place that never fails to make our family happy. No matter what you order, the quality always meets — and often exceeds — expectations, which is why we continue to come back. It’s equally perfect for catching up with friends, hosting family gatherings, or enjoying a relaxed and intimate meal with your significant other. For our family, it remains one of those restaurants we naturally think of first. Starting the year with a delicious meal like this made the first day of the new year feel especially satisfying.

Kelsi was our waitress and she did an amazing job. She was super nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without having to ask. The service was smooth from start to finish. The pasta was also really good, fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Overall a great experience, and Kelsi definitely made it better.

Overcook pasta for $28? It's a big lump of dough in my to go box. The kitchen probably forgot to drain water or just over cook the noodle. I am so disappointed but not surprise. Cheese cake factory at this location always has quality issue from time to time. (Update I took my pasta back to store and explained to the store manager. The store manager quickly credit back my food. I appreciate their service and I will bump the 2 star review to 3 stars. I really enjoy chees cake factory from time to time. Please have better food quality control in the kitchen.)
