The Cheesecake Factory

Family day fun brought us to The Cheesecake Factory for a late lunch/early dinner, and it seemed like everyone else had the same Saturday idea—which honestly wasn’t a problem at all. We were seated in about 15 minutes, which was totally reasonable given how busy it was. Once seated, we were greeted and served fairly quickly. We started with the fried mac and cheese balls, which were delicious, and of course enjoyed the fresh bread and butter that always hits the spot. Visited with group of 8. We all were able to find our own liking item from the menu. Food and beverages are fresh and tasty. Slightly on the expensive side. I liked the food here. Would recommend this place, this place gets usually busy and recommend to call and get on the wait list or prepare to wait. Enjoy the food !

First time visiting this spot in Bridgewater, NJ, and I was really impressed with how clean it was. We got seated right away—wasn’t too busy, but steady traffic. Our waiter, Eadar, was great! Super friendly and professional. He brought us some bread while we waited, which was so good I almost got full before my meal. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken—crispy chicken with spicy Korean BBQ sauce over rice with avocado, kimchi, mushrooms, cilantro, and sesame seeds. I’d rate it a 3/5. Not bad, but not quite what I expected. The flavor was kind of like sesame chicken, and the rice didn’t really taste like jasmine rice. I haven’t been disappointed by food frequently, but the fish and chips at cheese cake factory leave something to be desired. The batter coating wasn’t even on one of them and sort of, placed on top. Fish lacked firmness and the coating was very oily. Slaw was well balanced and not overly sauced.

Outstanding Service from Francine! We had an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory at Bridgewater Mall, thanks to our server Francine. She was absolutely wonderful — attentive, patient, and incredibly kind, especially while serving our family with kids. She made sure everyone was taken care of, kept a positive attitude the entire time, and truly made dining with children feel easy and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm personality stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Francine, for such excellent service! We’ll definitely be back.
