The Cheesecake Factory

It was my first time in along time. The food was good. I had Thai chili wraps and they were very well made and good. The stuffed mushrooms were the best thing I have had there. The waitress Tiffany was very respectful and came to help us often. We had crab cheese wontons and they were heavy on the crab but the waitress checked and came back and said it was made wrong and took it off the bill. The manager was Rachael . She was so respectful and attentive. We were not complaining but just wanted to order another appetizer and they were on top of it. The cheesecake was delicious as always.

I'm not a fan of restaurant chains, but I have to give it up to Cheesecake Factory. Over the years and despite a menu that reads like an Encyclopedia Brittanica (a 22 volume set of books that held all of the knowledge in the world for us Boomers), they have been nothing if not consistently good. Yes, cannot argue that they make some.of the best cheesecakes ever, but the food holds its own. I had my favorite chicken piccata and my wife the chicken Madeira. Both dishes were so good! So if you too are not a fan of corporate owned chain restaurants, you might make an exception for this one.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Made a reservation at 7. At 7 they said they don’t have any tables for us even tho we reserved. We waited 25 minutes. Once at our table we picked our food. Steal with no spicy sauce and rare steak and avocado toast. 10 min later: “sorry no more avocado toast”. 45 minutes later: well done steak with spicy food and plain rice. Didn’t even finish it. Told the server but he didn’t care. Very bad experience and very overpriced. The bread was good. Good $30 bread I guess. The front lady said “I’m gonna get the manager”. Never saw the manager’s face lol.

Went twice in the same day. Stopped in to eat before going to see a late afternoon movie and stopped in for cheesecake and cappuccino for after the movies. Both times with 2 different servers , the experience was excellent. The servers were very friendly, considerate , and quick to check on us and to bring what we ordered. The venue is always beautiful. I think all of the Cheesecake Factory restaurants are. I’ve never seen one that wasn’t clean either. They have nice bathrooms too. This location is pretty consistent with what I expect. The food is good. The cheesecakes are exceptionally beautiful and delicious. There is so much to choose from. Don’t worry you’ll see them displayed too. I ordered the Thai lettuce wraps. Stopped by for lunch and had way to much fun thanks to our wonderful server Tiffany. Enjoyed the parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli, stuffed mushrooms and crab dip. The Mrs got Thai lettuce wraps. All of the food was good and the manager Rachel took really good care of us too. Got a Oreo, cinnamon, and banana cream cheesecake to go and a time was had. We left smiling and full for sure. Stop by and tell them I sent you (positive they won't remember me 😂) enjoy the vibes and good food.
