Nice lively atmosphere. Great location plenty of parking. Good food. Good service. There is an auto 16% gratuity on all checks which they tell you about upfront and its also posted on the table. No complaints.

Nice amount of meat in this bowl, very flavorful. Filling and perfect amount for lunch. Drinks are always presented different (always get caipirinha, nothing special at this restaurant, though).

Food was excellent, I had the rotisserie chicken tacos and would recommend. They were not busy and the facility appeared to be very clean. Why only three stars. I sat at the bar, and the bartender immediately asked if I had dined here before. I said no. Instead of welcoming me, going over the menu or specials that make them famous, I was met with we charge an automatic 16% service fee. Now, I have no problem with a fee in the industry as we all know servers work predominantly for tips, except this place. They get paid hourly and a commission as it was explained. I wasn’t sold anything, I ordered a menu item. Still no problem with the fee as it can be offset for additional tip if applicable. I was very excited to take my family to The chicken place. I went couple months ago and I was very impressed with the food. Unfortunately this time, of course when you take the family, right ?the food was under rated. Food was very blend, no flavor at all. We had to add salt in every single dish to find at least a flavor. Very unhappy ! Latin food should be full of flavor not blend as a hospital or diet food. If you like to go for a drink I will recommended, they have a great bar and drinks are yummy.

Excellent food and attention! 100% recommended. All the food is spectacular! I was on vacation and I had lunch here on Monday and left my wallet, I got in touch and they kept my bag until I picked it up today, very grateful. Everything was intact. Thank you Anthony and staff!
