The Chicken Shack

We are from out of the state and come often to Klamath Falls for family and love coming here. Very casual, fun for the kids, and the chicken is great.

Foods usually good. Had a bad experience when we ordered mango habenero wings and got Buffalo. We have ordered them before and it was clearly not the same recipe. Whatever. Now came in 20 minutes after their order tracker said it was ready. When I approached and asked why it was claiming to be ready and was met with extreme attitude which is unnecessary as your system is telling us one thing and your cooks are delivering inadequate results. Don't catch attitude with someone who's late feeding their kids! Edit: after getting them home these are the most anorexic chickens I've ever seen! We raved about this place but two bad experiences later, I would advise to look elsewhere. The tall skinny waitress with the attitude should be let go. It's unacceptable to treat us like that.

The Chicken Shack in Klamath Falls has the BEST chicken fingers and battered French fries that I've ever had! Whenever we travel to Klamath Falls we always stop and eat at the chicken shack. Always a nice clean environment, friendly staff, the food is made to order and is always hot and fresh. I've ate at a couple other locations in Las Vegas and it's not the same. This is the specific location that you want!

I ordered my food and was shorted a meal. Called and was told you can pick it up or come in again on us. I said are you going to refund me the 12.00? "If you want" was the answer. So no food on them, no sorry for missing a meal. The food is great the service not so much. Next time I will only go in person.

If you like dirty tables and raw clam strips this is your place . Clam strips are supposed to be crispy not impossible to chew through and soggy both batches where well undercooked. And the cashier seemed upset I wasn’t happy with it. I have order this several times before but after this experience my family will not be back!
