The Coffee Talk Bakery

Stopped in for the first time. Right as they opened at 8am. The place is a little odd, but charming at the same time. It's a converted barn, and from the outside you might actually think that it's still being used. There is parking behind the barn, and some seating outside. (posted signs about Bees, and some places are off limits, but I didn't see any beehives?) The lower level of the barn had been converted/remodeled into a small restaurant space. There are several wooden tables. What is so very suprising was the large selection of home made bakery and pastry items. They all looked fresh and LARGE. I love a good scone, which they had, but they also had a selection of different coffee cakes, and cinnamon rolls. It was a tough choice but I ended up getting the Chocolate Chip Coffe

I stopped in for a quick coffee and was blindsided by the amazing bakery selection. Pieces of chocolate cake large enough to feed at least two people (see photo with my hand for scale), scones with generous amounts of frosting, and savory options for those looking for something more substantial. And all of it is incredibly affordable. I came in for coffee and left with that and some cake and a brownie. They packaged it beautifully and I left feeling giddy and this little diamond in the rough. If I didn’t need to be somewhere I would have stayed to sit down and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. It’s like sitting in a country kitchen. I cant recommend this place enough!

A real gem! Stopped into the Coffee Talk Bakery for the first time and we were delighted with everything. Tempting selection of bakery items, but we decided on lunch (we did grab a peanut butter bar for the ride home). The soup and sandwich (Cubano) were delicious. Owners are very friendly -- there's a rich family history to this place. Will definitely be back.

This place is ridiculously cute and homey and it truly is a mom and pop place. the food and bakery items were delicious. 10/10
