I had the pleasure of being A cookie monster today at The Cookie Connect in Morristown NJ. Right near the heart of Morristown is this nice spot where you can get warm, delicious, creative cookies. The store is beautifully covered with art created by the artist, G.delia. Wall to wall of her art adding casual vibes so you can enjoy your cookie there. The store is spacious and clean. You can either order the cookies yourself at their self ordering kiosks or with the staff. The manager was there today when we entered the store and he promptly greeted us and anyone who walked into the store. I tried 3 different cookies. The birthday cake cookie, oatmeal cream pie cookie (cookie of the month) and the raspberry lemonade cookie ( cookie of the week) I had gotten the smores cookie but that was my

They have kiosks for you to place your order and make payment. We placed our order, then we were told they were out of the cookie we ordered. I asked for a refund, and the lady working there said she wasn't able to give me a refund - only her boss could, and he was not at the shop. She offered that I could leave my name and number and her boss would get back to me. We did get another cookie. It was just okay.

This place is atrocious. There is no visual appeal that says it’s a store that sells cookies. In fact, there is no appeal or character from the moment you walk in. The tables are gross, you have to use a kiosk to order with no specification of ingredients or allergies. There is absolutely no optionality to add or remove ingredients or transparency. Forget about asking anyone anything. No one even greeted us. The flashed up moments later in their sweat pants down their waist, crocs, sweats and headphones as if I was disturbing their nap time and pillow talk conversation. There was no professionalism at all. I assumed the person worked there just because they were behind the counter otherwise, honestly I felt like I was disturbing a teenagers nap. The lights are dimmed as well to fit that te

One of my friends recommended this. rainy cloudy day and I was in the Morristown area for some work, decided to try their cookies. the store looks pretty but somehow it feels "empty". You can order online or at their kiosks. we ordered - Red Velvet Molten Lava Cake Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Red Velvet Cheesecake NYC Cheesecake each cookie in the range of $3-5 it was too sugary but with the right mixture of flavor, delicious it was. the ambience was good but no table to eat.

Upon arrival the store was empty and the workers were in the back of the kitchen the whole time besides handing my friends and I our cookies. Thats not much of an issue because I understand nowadays everything is all mobile so no one really communicates too much. We had ordered on the ipads and although one said out of order it did work so i would reccomend fixing that. The cookies were alright some were extremely undercooked and didnt even feel like they tried cooking and some just were a bit too cooked that you didnt get that nice chocolate pull. The cookies tastes great though and are for sure a better substitute than Crumbl Cookie. Not the cheapest but it will be fine.
