We had an amazing experience! I called in the day before and they were so easy to work with. I got it delivered which was a huge help. Then we got to try the cookie cake today and it was a huge hit with kids and adults! I am not a huge fan of cookie cakes but this was fresh, was a soft cookie and the icing was delicious. Everyone was asking where I got it from - amazing value!! I will definitely be back.

The staff was so sweet and helpful they made my cookie cake within a few hours and it was beautiful.

Both the husband and wife are extremely nice people. The cookie cake turned out fantastic and is every bit as delicious as it looked. I would definitely recommend The Cookie Store to anyone looking for quality cookies.

We normally get the jumbo cookies the sprinkle ones and the drink but we decided to try a different cookie with some type of filling. After we tried these cookies we went back up and bought 12 to have for thanksgiving. They are very nice people with really good cookies and nachos and pretzels. We also had the best mango smoothie. Would definitely also go there when I stop at the mall. Will definitely be getting more for Christmas.

First I’d like to say the sweetest owners! I literally drive to Charlotte just for pretzels. NOT ANYMORE. I got garlic parm and they were phenomenal. My daughter got cinnamon sugar which is pictured below. Neither were so buttery that they were soggy. They were perfect and they make them there. IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN I SUGGEST GOING NOW!! Thanks again we will be back!!
