Customer Reviews
This place is honestly a disaster for an airport restaurant. Not only is the food overpriced, but it’s also greasy, tasteless, and served in ridiculously small portions. 2 chicken tenders plates + a drink for 50 bucks. The ordering system makes everything painfully slow, which is the last thing anyone wants when trying to catch a flight. It feels like every single option on the menu is heavy and unhealthy, and absolutely not worth what they charge. The only redeeming factor was the Latina waitress, who did her best to make the experience less awful — but even her kindness couldn’t save it. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in an airport.
While I had to wait for my next flight, I sat down here to eat. PROS: - Very friendly and helpful guy was assisting me. - The place was not busy. - The food (burger and fries) tasted reasonably good. CONS: - Way overpriced. I paid USD 32 for a simple, average burger with fries and cold tea. - It takes way too long before you get your food. I waited almost 30 minutes. - The atmosphere was cold. Will not eat there again because of the high prices.
We stopped in while at the Miami airport for a couple burgers and some drinks. The burgers were outstanding! The service was good and the drinks were good although very expensive. $24 for a Mai Tai is a bit much even for the airport. Overall it was was a good experience and we would visit again.
The service is extremely poor. You have to scan a QR code to order and pay and it takes a long time before the order arrives. Also, some of QR codes don't works so that too was an issue. I would say it took longer than 20 mins to get our order which was only a burger and fries. When we sat down there were no more than about 4 people there so it wasn't busy.
Around 9am, we ordered 3 breakfast burritos and tater tots. All of it was fresh and tasted great. The service was quick and friendly. We requested hot sauce to go and they generously filled some to-go cups for us. Would definitely eat here again.
