The Crimson House

This was my second time going here and I don’t remember my first visit but I won’t be going here again. The staff and service were overall very good and the atmosphere was nice and cozy too but the food was very bad. My two friends got a burger and the one found a hair in his half way through. Then when boxing my cousins mac and cheese we found another hair. And they weren’t just small hairs they were very long. I also ordered the turkey avocado melt from the specials menu. It was supposed to come on sourdough bread and obviously come with avocado but it just came on regular bread and had absolutely no avocado. So it was basically just turkey and cheese on toast. The fries were kinda cold as well. The experience overall was alright but nothing about the food was good. I’m not one to speak

I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff were friendly but slow and inattentive. My $17 grilled cheese was hardly grilled. Slim on cheese. Cold fries. No pickle. The beer seemed flat. Why not roast the Brussels sprouts instead of deep-frying them? Yuck.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My fiancé and I had such a wonderful date night at The Crimson House! The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the blackened salmon with green beans, and it was cooked perfectly. We started with the crab dip, and honestly—it was the best crab dip I’ve ever had. My fiancé had the Nashville chicken sandwich with french fries, and he raved about how good it was. You know it was delicious because there wasn’t a single crumb left on his plate! The wait staff were so friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a terrific restaurant. Atmosphere great. Staff friendly & on the ball. Food was outstanding. Portions HUGE. Two adults could split an entree & salad and be full. And only a 7 + hour drive from our home near Boston. On our way South ;-)

This is the best food i’ve had in the area in a while. We both got the New York strip, rare. Both came out super tender and delicious! The mac and cheese and mashed potatoes are to die for! The Caesar salad was perfect. The lettuce was chopped up fine and the dressing tasted homemade. Everything was overall very tasty and we’ll definitely be coming back!
