Combining Saturday’s edition with Sunday’s is disappointing! The paper has shrunk since starting our subscription .Once again, our paper was not delivered today.. The Daily Sun’s policy is to add another (credit) day to the subscription, with no way to track it. We remember this paper as being robust and a ‘must have’ for news and hope they can get back to that level of quality in the near future!

If you get a chance to subscribe to the Charlotte Sun, I'd suggest you go elsewhere. I subscribed, and we agreed to $20.65 a month for my mother's newspaper. In the last two weeks, they've charged me $20.65 five times. I called, and their 'customer service' people gave me some runaround about how my mother had been getting the newspaper for free for months, and they were taking back-pay; essentially told me they had a good credit card number and would continue to withdraw as often as they saw fit until they felt this was 'resolved'. Asked to speak to a supervisor and gave up after it was obvious I'd been put on perma-hold.

Why is it impossible to contact a human being at this newspaper? If you would like to pay your bill and leave a tip for the delivery person, no can do! Why don't you just send the bill in the mail, like before? The telephone contact system is very bad PR!

We have been a customer on the Punta Gorda Sun News Paper for over 30 years. For some reason this Year we can Not get more then one to two papers delivered each week. We call them daily to report the problem but nothing gets solved. If your advertising in this paper please know the information is not getting out to the community!! Think twice about paying for this subscription and advertising!!!!
