My wify know this place since +10 years ago and she always will highlight them as the best for the "Duck nachos", she used to be close here and nowadays we're not too close. For me, the main thing here is the reserved beer list, I cannot share any special because everytime that we stop by, theyll have something different everytime. The food is phenomenal, for the people that knows North Hampton will know that is small portions, pricy, but this place worth every penny. This time we did not eat anything, just stop for the fav beer for the wify that is Cantillon and when we are around we'll stop to see if they have something available and we'll pay for the bottle ($65-$80 based on experience), style is lambic from Belgium. I cannot remember pretty well the eating experience due was probabl

The Dirty Truth is everything I look for in a restaurant. Every single dish was beautifully executed, made with high-quality ingredients, and you can truly taste the attention to detail in every bite. The flavors are thoughtful and balanced, and the presentation is absolutely impeccable. Beyond the food, the service is warm, natural, and genuinely welcoming — the kind that makes you feel taken care of without being overbearing. The overall vibe of the restaurant is incredible: vibrant, stylish, and effortlessly cool while still feeling comfortable. Hands down, the best place in Northampton. Don’t hesitate — just go.

The pasta here is criminally bland. I ordered the heirloom tomato orecchiette and was served penne tossed in a bowl with raw tomato, two scraps of basil and burrata on top. No salt. No flavor. No orecchiette. Serving penne (perhaps the worst pasta shape) instead of orecchiette is insane. This dish for $24 is wildly disappointing. They could not serve a lazier, less inspired meal if they tried. One additional star for the cheese fries.

I have been a regular at The Dirty Truth since they opened. The food is great and the service was great until recently. We stopped by for dinner, saw almost all tables were empty and hoped to sit at one of the many empty picnic tables outside. We were met at the door by a new waiter who told us those are only for parties of 4 or more and that there were only 2 tables we could sit at. I asked if that’s a new policy since we’ve sat there for years with less than 4 people and he just repeated the same line over and over. You would think an empty restaurant would welcome customers to sit where they want. I wonder if this is the same employee that so many other negative reviews have mentioned. It’s a shame as every other employee we have interacted with has been great over the years. We decided

I had always wanted to eat here! I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich, and it was so good. The honey fig spread was a good touch. I ordered a side of Mac + Cheese that was very good. There is outdoor seating limited to an hour and a half. Reserve your spot before going! Update: I took my best friend here for dinner, and we had the fried tofu burger and the fries with aioli. It was super good! I ordered sour which was super good! I forget the name, but they rotate anyhow so just choose one that sounds good!
