The Dixie Cafe & Quick Stop

I’ve passed by The Dixie Cafe & Quick stop numerous times on my way to Nicholasville. I like the looks of this building as it looked like one of those “lesser known secrets” that are a must try. We were running late and arrived close to closing time. We were welcomed and serve served well. The food was great . The atmosphere was good and the service was great. I really enjoyed eating here and will definitely stop by again and again. This is a must try place.

Great little spot with plenty of local flavor (in food, vibe and characters). Unhealthy Southern cooking at its best! The fried chicken biscuits and gravy were fantastic.

Classic family tradition for the kids and I. We love going to the Dixie Cafe. After a few visits they call you by name and remember what you like. Nothing too fancy here, just well made food, and a clean cafe with ice creams and small grocery.

Simple but tasty food. Great service. Kelly is a great guy. Friendly, down-home atmosphere. Best kept secret in Jessamine County.

Great spot! The Dixie breakfast, pancakes, chicken biscuit, burgers, and sandwiches all come highly recommended. Nice back deck and front porch seating. It's super cute and historic in Keene. Also, it's a lovely drive around the area with some of the most beautiful horse farms and properties there are!
