The Dolly Llama

I came to The Dolly Llama with no expectations since I am not a fan of sweet treats, but today I am leaving wanting to come back. Loved this place. I had the Llama Cake ice cream in a bubble waffle with pecans as toppings. 10/10. Not too sweet, just perfect!

We got the bubble waffles, make your own. The ice cream was good, the bubble waffle is like a sweet rich pancake, next time we'll just get the ice cream only. They were like $13 each.

First visit to Dolly Llama this afternoon. We ordered The Dolly Llama - Ultimate Cookie Monster ice cream, whole milk, Oreo crumbs, whipped cream, kinder bar and chocolate sauce ($11), Coffee Snob - Coffee ice cream, whole milk, spekuloos sauce, whipped cream, spekuloos crumbs and rainbow sprinkles ($11) and a scoop of strawberry ice cream with strawberry sauce ($5.75). This place seems to be known for their waffles and bubble waffles but we didn’t try those this time. The ice cream is tasty and the place is fun. I’ve had more coffee flavor in other ice creams from other places but this was good.

As soon as I opened the door to The Dolly Llama, I was greeted by the most delightful smell of freshly cooked waffles ... it was like walking into a sweet dream! The aroma alone set the tone for an amazing experience. The store has such a fun and welcoming vibe, with colorful decor and friendly staff who were more than happy to walk me through all the delicious options. All three of us really enjoyed our ice cream choices. Great place for desserts.

I’ve been looking at this place for about 3 years on my must go. I live 45 mins away and I was close by so I decided to finally check it out! And wow!!! Beautiful environment. I got the dolly’s dream with mint chocolate icecream. The staff is very friendly, I will be coming again 😍
