We come from San Antonio for this Pizza! Always fresh and delicious. This is the only pizza we eat and we live close to several places we like. I appreciate local ingredients and locally owned. If the seating is full because of how Great the food is, go next door and enjoy "Hill Country Cider House" another local business with Delicious products locally grown and Owned. (That's what we do.) Outdoor seating Dog friendly.

You definitely need to send someone from your party to secure you a table when their busy. We also noticed that people would have to stand at dirty tables for them to be cleaned. Yes, granted, they were busy, and they were trying their best. My wife commented about the owner having to tell the guy that was just standing near the bar to do stuff was funny. Definitely not a team player or just new to working at a restaurant is what I told my wife. If you order the local, do yourself a favor and get double meat. It was good. It just needed a little more meat, as you can see in the picture. Well, maybe just spreading the meat more evenly over the pizza. But in all if we are back in town and it is cooler. We will give it another chance.

Had high hopes, but it was not to be. Just not impressed by the pizza. The crust is the hero, but seemed to lack toppings. As if not enough sauce or cheese to support the cupped pepperoni. That left a lack of flavor for me. Eclectic menu. Former gas station/garage turned bar with outdoor tables. Found an unusual sensation with a Ruben sandwich: warm bread, meat, cheese, but cold sauerkraut. Just turned me off a bit. Appreciate that they source items from other local shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful folks there. But food not constructed to my preference.

Chill evening hanging out with my husband enjoying an amazing firebrick oven roasted AMC pizza with mushrooms. The ambience of this place invites anyone and everyone to just relax and enjoy. I even enjoyed a unique cider - cranberry cinnamon. It was a perfect evening! The staff are sweet and attentive! What more can you ask for?

First time visiting The Dough Station. It had amazing reviews. There is very limited parking and we parked on the street behind the business. It is a corner business, an old gas station so not very big. There are a couple high top tables and a long table along the wall as well as a few picnic tables outside. The inside temperature was WARM. The oven heats it up and it was really hot outside. They had a few fans inside the restaurant but they didn’t help much. Plus the flies were buzzing all around. I wouldn’t come back to eat here again in the summer or anytime it is hot unless you just want to sit there and sweat. Better place to go in the winter but even then there is such limited seating. There was a large variety of pizzas. We chose 3 different ones. All come in the same size 14”. I a
