Why is that all African Americans given bad reviews 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣😆 we can be our biggest enemy sometimes ain’t nothing wrong with there food 🍱 it’s good ribs tender everything cooked right may God bless this family Business in Jesus mighty name amen 🙏

The food was horrible. The majority of the food came from a can. I went to the Sunday buffet which cost over thirty dollars. I don’t hardly eat any canned food in my own kitchen. The fish and chicken was in a warmer curled up and dried out. There was no fresh food to be found. I’m glad I didn’t get sick from the Dukestar. I will never go back.

Had an amazing experience with the customer service . But for $23 a plate this food wasn’t worth it the Mac and cheese wasn’t flavorful enough felt like I tasted Kraft in it . The chicken wings were decent , the collard greens tasted bland . They did give us a taste test of the cake and Mac and cheese . Cake was very good. For $23 I’d want a bigger portion of food and also want the food to taste good . This was my first time here and will be my last

I ordered rib tips, cabbage, candied yams, corn and potato salad per the menu and they only sent rib tips cabbage and Candied Yams. Everything was cold and the rib tips were so tough and dried out it didn't make an sense. The should have been thrown in the trash, which is where I put them. This is why it's can be hard to buy from some African American restaurants. 22 and some change and all I had to eat was some cold cabbage and candied yams, are you serious? Please make it make sense....

I ordered salmon croquettes, Mac n cheese, yams cornbread. The salmon was very dry and sour tasting like vinegar yuck! The Mac was flavorless and I could still taste the metal from the can that the yams came out of. The cornbread tastes like stale crackers. Super disappointing and not worth $25. I’ll never return 2/10 don’t recommend
