The Enclave at Babcock National

We had a wonderful lunch experience at the newly opened Enclave at Babcock National, now open to the public and already setting a high bar for upscale dining in the area. From the moment we walked in, the ambience made an impression—elegant, welcoming, and beautifully designed with a modern clubhouse charm that elevated our entire experience. We started with the famous Brussels sprouts, and let me just say—these might be the best Brussels sprouts we've ever had. Perfectly crispy, packed with flavor, and absolutely addictive. We also tried the meatballs, which were satisfying and well-seasoned, and the chicken caprese sandwich, which offered a great balance of fresh ingredients and comforting flavors. Been here for Sunday Brunch and now for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything from the martinis to desert was outstanding. I had the short ribs and my wife had the Salmon, Brussels and Mozzarella in dill sauce were excellent.

The Enclave is beautiful and not loud for a Saturday night. The salmon was excellent but the dish could.have been hotter instead of Luke warm. My guest's seafood manicotti was fair. He said the seafood must have been minced because he could.not find any pieces of seafood. For being a "nice" restaurant the staff should be trained proper service. For example, the waitress brought bread but no bread plates. Brought dessert to share but no dessert plates. Both times we had to ask for the plates. The sun was blinding halfway through our meal and I had to change seats. Perhaps shades or a film over the windows so we can see out but blocks the sun rays a bit. Bread pudding was fair. Overall the evening was disappointingly fair.

The Enclave was fair. The menu reads better than the food itself actually is. Don’t go out of your way. In addition, they willingly accept your patronage in the off season to help their revenue during that time however when season arrives, you’re no longer welcome. We won’t be back. Good luck with your off season expenses after burning your bridges with year round residents.

Ignorance and stubbornness. Ordered to pick up, said it was good to go. I drove 15 minutes and got stopped at the gate, no entry, called the supervisor and she denied me. Waste of half an hour of my life. Food was probably amazing though.. Just pissed, honoring your mistakes goes a long ways.
