Customer Reviews
I had such a wonderful experience at this Flame Broiler location! This was my first time visiting this specific location, and I was truly impressed. The restaurant was spotless, and I really appreciated the outdoor seating option. that it made the visit even more enjoyable. I want to give a special and heartfelt thank you to Elma. Elma's customer service was genuinely above and beyond. Elma is an incredibly kind and compassionate person, and Elma made my experience feel safer, more comfortable, and absolutely amazing. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of warmth to their work, and I’m so grateful. I ordered the chicken with white rice, carrots, and green onions, one of the few options I can eat with my allergies. As always, Flame Broiler delivered the consistent flavo
Fair portions and hearty food. Chicken, rice, and vegetables do me well. The staff is always friendly. I have a big appetite and this is filling and somewhat health concious. I usually have enough for 1.5 meals if I get the plate. I always get the spicy korean chicken. I have come here many times and will continue to return.
The food was way too overpriced and the overall restaurant felt stingy. Half an avocado for 3$ and the smallest portion of kimchi for 4???? The plate came with a salad (that was just unseasoned chopped cabbage) and a half orange, and the rice felt bland and the veggies were unseasoned. The Bulgogi was decent but nothing special at all. Payed almost 20$ for the meal that barely filled me up and was unbelievably bland. The service was poor and we waited almost 10 minutes for 2 bowls as the only people there. Would not go near it again.
The food was disappointing compared to the advertisement. What I received was just a bowl of plain white rice with a small portion of grilled chicken. The chicken was flat, lacked flavor, and they simply added Korean spicy sauce and mixed it in — which I personally didn’t like. The service was good, but overall, it’s definitely not worth $12 for just rice and a little chicken. Very unsatisfying.
This place is pretty damn good! It’s simple, clean eating, and a very healthy fast food option. I ordered the chicken bowl with white rice, green onions, and half of an avacado. It was absolutely delicious! Along with their “magic sauce” it’s definitely a dish worth eating. The magic sauce taste like a soy sauce mixed with teriyaki. Very good! Highly recommend this place!
