THE FLAME

The Flame never disappoints! The butter chicken was absolutely amazing rich, creamy, perfectly spiced, and full of flavor in every bite. It paired so well with the rice and naan. And the mojito? So refreshing and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just crisp and fresh. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything felt high quality. Definitely one of my favorite spots I’ll be coming back for that butter chicken again! 🔥

Wow is all I can say! Forget this is next to a gas station as the food and service are excellent. It was our first time here and will def be back. Friendly greeting and tasty papadam upon arrival. We had samosas which were small but had a perfect amount of heat, lamb biryani served in a clay pot that was the best I have had in Ocala, butter chicken that was melt in your mouth and better than the place down the street, and a recommended chef special by our server, Basu, that was not tomato based but more creamy and delicious called chicken rezala which I would so order again. And the naan… wow so homemade and perfectly cooked crispy the way I love. What a gem !! A nice and simply decorated place, also clean and with friendly servers like Basu, who we had the pleasure to attend us today.. the chef here is incredible. This was my first time eating traditional Indian food and I lived it. So many flavors and so tasty. I had the mango curry shrimp and my wife ate the popular chicken Tikka masala. We put them in our favorites list in Google to return. Ohh I almost forgot to mention the marvelous garlic naan !!

Great food . I ordered online prior to arriving and it was easy. Wide variety of things to choose from on their menu. Located next to a bp gas station so you can grab snacks and drinks if you want. Staff seemed friendly. Food tastes great, I got a bunch of garlic naan bread for me and the coworkers.

So i ordered the Asian kimchi fried rice and man let me tell you it was soooooooo worth it. For those of you who don't know much about Indian food or the taste but want something. Please give this dish a try. It packed flavor, texture and everything in-between. When I say there was nothing I could complain about I truly mean it. I don't know about the rest of the menu, but I know for my American taste bud, this hit the spot. A MUST TRY .
