Customer Reviews
The Juicy Lucy burger was fantastic! As was the Bruchetta. The Mac & Cheese fried balls were okay but definitely not comparable to mozzarella sticks. The service eas great. However it was really cold, so bring a coat!
My husband and I love The Forum! The food is delicious and the service is great! I've even been in during busy times like Halloween, and there was still seating and the bartender was really nice. Seasonal drinks are delicious and happy hour is definitely worth going to!
My wife and I had a delightful lunch at Forum. We arrived just as they opened, we were the only customers at that time. Service was fantastic as one could expect. I had the Ponderosa chicken sandwich which was really tasty. I chose the side salad instead of a fry option. The salad arrived on a dinner plate, it was huge! The salad mix was fresh, with tomato, olives, cucumber, cheese and one of the best ranch dressing I have had. My wife had a taco salad which arrived on a platter and again a monster. The salad was fresh romaine lettuce, ground beef, salsa, black beans cheese and chips. She ate about a third and took home the rest. We absolutely enjoyed the food, service and the Forum.
If it wasn't for the staff this would have been a great review. Our food came out at a good time and was delicious all around. Love the big full salads. However shorty into our meal two wheelchair users tried entering the establishment. They couldn't open the door and we helped them out. It then took them sitting in the middle of the restaurant for at least three minutes for us to notice we where in the ONLY accessible seats and we moved to a different table, it took us literally moving chairs so they could reach the table for the server to come over and acknowledge them. This whole time they where visible to multiple different staff and no one was helpful. We then asked for a water refill for my sister who is clearly pregnant and waited 20 minutes until we went to the bar to ask again to
The last two times my family and I have spent money through Uber eats to order from the forum, they have forgotten to add the FRENCH FRIES to the order.. FRENCH FRIES... To multiple sandwich orders in my orders. This is frustrating and the food is completely cold by the time is gets her. I never had this bad experience in person. Yes I realize God will be warm in person, but forgetting the French fries that literally come with almost all the sandwiches... Come on .. what a waste of money. Extremely upsetting.
