The Fountain Eats and Sweets

We stopped in after being at Epcot all day. We wanted something fast and not really expensive. While the service seems confused and disjointed, the food was fine. Typical 50’s diner vibe. The pretzel and beer cheese were a standout item and the tomatoes soup was delicious. Burgers were disappointing though and the fries have no flavor.

The Fountain Sweet & Treats was SO good! We enjoyed every bit of it—from the sundaes to the shakes, everything was delicious. The variety of toppings and sweet treats made it hard to choose, but you really can’t go wrong. A perfect stop to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Overall. I rate this place a 3.5. It was super busy when we arrived here. The lady who took our to-go order was super nice and helpful. We had ordered: 1. The original burger with fries - The burger was dry and bland. Fries were good. 2. Buffalo chicken grilled cheese - This wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be a crispy chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce. Instead, it was shredded chicken that was all sauced up. There was so much sauce that it made my sandwich soggy. The chicken was lost in the sauce but the onion rings were amazing. 3. Chocolate shake - ordered extra thick was delicious 4. Coco Loco shake - Sweet and be prepared to get brain freeze, lol. Awesome signature burger. I dropped by there around 1 o’clock on a Tuesday and there was zero waiting and plenty of tables and servers. We were able to order and eat our food without being in a rush all in about 45 minutes. Much better than airport food. I ordered the signature boat burger ordered as they serve it with nothing special. The two patties together with grilled onions and other flavors, it was juicy and delicious. And my husband ordered the salmon salad . The salad was rather large. It had a slightly tiny with avocado base dressing. He said that all of the flavors were very complementary. And the fish was slightly moist. Three nice chunks of bacon at the top of the burger were cooked perfectly, so I could chew through the burger without pulling the bacon out of the sandwich.
