Because if the deal of Thursday the sushi 🍣 for 5 dollars I made a visit and oh my god the employees are so kind attentive , helpful ans polite .. I get what I wanted and more .. by the way I have been told they have Tuesday 5 dollars pizza and 5 dollars La in Wednesday… the place is fun to walk little pricy but tons of great special items .. I've been wanting to review this quality, quaint grocery store since I moved to the area! I prefer shopping here to experience the ambiance, the quality, the deli, bakery, the employees and so much more! Employees here are lovely going above and beyond to help with whatever your needs are. I have enjoyed the friendly interaction as well as honest recommendations and feedback regarding pre made food selections in the deli from Eric and Steven, as they have not steered me wrong with examples from the Mama's meatballs (my husband loves) to the scalloped potatoes and other favorites. Then the fabulous friendly and sometimes humorous interaction with Mike and Heather as you make your way to the checkout! We ordered the Thanksgiving ham dinner with cheddar scalloped potatoes, pecans and butternut squash, carrots and peas and cranberry relish. When we picked it up from the store it came in a nice refrigerated bag and all the sides were nicely packed. It came with instructions that helped with heating the meal. Once we got it on the table it looked so fancy and delicious! The meal was super good! The price for the meal was around 80 bucks and it was well worth it in so many ways. Went in today and the experience was great. Steve at the prepared foods section is seriously the best. He double checked for an item that I needed and he was genuinely nice overall! The young man at the register is always kind!. He asked “how was your Christmas” they both made my day better which I appreciate since I was having an awful day.

I've been shopping at various Fresh Markets for the last 15 years, including the ones in Wilmette, Lake Forest, Kildeer (before it closed), your new store in Algonquin, and in Crystal Lake. Yesterday, I drove to your store to pick up some roasted pork loin, which is consistently excellent. Alas, one of the (very professional) employees behind the deli counter told me that you had discontinued selling it. They also told me that customers have routinely asked for it and been disappointed--like I was--when they learned they could no longer buy it. Please bring back your roasted pork loin. I'm not exaggerating when I say that your pork loin is 50% of the reason that I shop at The Fresh Market; I used to buy one every month.
