I moved from out of state to Georgia over a year ago, a rental property in a 3rd state, and the deadline to file was quickly approaching. Eric was FAST and professional, and patient with me. I loved using dropbox to send my files over, and he was very good at asking the right questions and communicating what I needed. Pretty sure he saved me some money. That was a year ago. Same thing happened this year where I let the deadline creep up on me, and despite the procrastination being my fault, Eric once again got me filed on time! Highly recommend.
