The Grateful Bean Coffee House

This is my favorite coffee shop EVER! I have loved going here for the last five years. I wish I’d discovered the iced lattes sooner! Cuz um YUM! Prices are amazing for the deliciousness compared to others in Chico. A customized 24oz white mocha for $6 is a steal! Starbucks could never! Thanks for keeping prices good and the drinks even better! The atmosphere is great, indoor and outdoor seating is great. The baristas are always friendly and accommodating. I honestly could rave about this place for days!

I had a blast there many moons ago. I was able to bring my trusty dog Buddie in with me. Buddies well behaved and is perfectly socialized. He will attack if threatened. Lol he couldn't break a dog's skin ifin he tried. I got a kick outta another owners dog. She put a paper cup down for the dog. I walked up to the owner and said chuckling your dogs nose is stuck in the cup.😂🤣

So I like the place, it's the food and coffee that's blah? The burrito is very small, and no flavor, kind of gross honestly, and I'm not a picky eater usually.The latte wasn't very good either, it tasted burnt or something. Not pleasant.

Ordered two espresso drinks. Waited ten minutes . Drinks never came. Went to the counter to inquire about the drinks. No drinks had Been started. Drinks then came minutes after inquiring. Service not good. Drinks very good.

Love the coffee at the grateful bean great flavor best coffee I've had in the areas. I had the peanut butter blended coffee. The customer service was good and friendly and they had good prices.
