The Great American Bagel

I religiously check Best By dates and bought 2 bottles of orange juice here that were expired. We let the employee know and she allowed us to grab new ones, then turned around and placed them back into the customer fridge. Not only is that just gross and slightly disrespectful, it’s certainly against Maine health codes to knowingly have expired product available for customer purchase.

Food was poor in quality at best. I ordered the bagel with a description similar to a calzone with cheese and tomato sauce, what i received was the sorry excuse for a bagel with only a small amount of mozzarella cheese.

It's a self serve place,plan to wait they had one person working with a long line. The Supreme eagle lacked any flavor bagel was not fresh.

Honestly one of the worst breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Burnt bagel. Minuscule egg, gross meat. For $12. And 20 minute wait. Coffee is awful. Starbucks is cheaper and way better. Avoid!

Possibly the worst run airport kiosk by HMS in America (and that’s REALLY saying something given their subpar quality). Waited over 40 minutes to receive just an untoasted bagel with cream cheese with only about 4 other patrons in line. I was asked on 3 different occasions what bagel I wanted to substitute for their plain bagels being out (which sounds silly to even write) because they kept abandoning my order halfway through to fill another one. Both workers were spending the whole time referring to laminated recipe sheets, which suggests a terrible staffing issue that nobody with experience was working. Ultimately, I still got an incorrect order with the wrong type of cream cheese (mind you 1 of only 2 ingredients in my order). This place is just a disaster that should be avoided unless
