The Grind Coffee House - Forum

The service is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly but the French roast takes terrible. It’s bitter (not nearly as bitter as Starbucks) but nearly. I added extra cream anticipating this may be the same experience as Starbucks. As well, it tastes like a ground bean — not ground coffee - is as best as I can describe. McDonald’s is still the best coffee around. Balanced flavor and always, a perfect cup of coffee I don’t think the world of coffee lovers such as myself have fully discovered!

I stop most mornings on my way to work. Sometimes, the line is long but that’s just because they’re busy, which is an excellent problem. Inside, it’s warm and cozy and excellent for conversations among friends. The staff is always friendly and makes my day off to a great start.

Quick service, helpful staff, polite & kind staff, tasty drink, very affordable drinks, order was made correctly (and I'm picky and like to really customize my drinks due to dietary restrictions). The cheesecakes all looked amazing but I had just eaten so I was full but next time I'm definitely getting a slice. Will absolutely come back, very happy with my experience. They have been voted The Best of Columbia several years in a row and there's obviously a reason for that. Keep up the good work guys!

It’s awesome!!! My drinks are always done in under 5 minutes and I love all their drinks especially the smoothies! There’s WiFi, comfy chairs and lots of outlets! I go almost every week and spread 2+ hours. If you’re meeting a friend or want to study definitely go to the Grind!

Went thru drive thru at the forum location. First time we had tried this place. Service was quick and friendly and the spiced Chai was the best blend we have ever had. Will definitely be back.
