The Habit Burger Grill

Decent but nothing special. The staff is friendly and provides good service, which is a plus. However, the burgers themselves are just average—nothing that stands out in terms of flavor or quality. If you’re in the food court and need a quick bite, it’s an okay option, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.

Their grilled chicken sandwiches is to die for! It’s halal. Basically, all of their chicken items are halal. I loved that place. It’s open late night too.

I’m writing this review because I’ve never experienced such poor service at a Habit location before. While I have nothing against teenagers working there, the overall cleanliness and organization were seriously lacking. The place felt unsanitary and messy. The person taking my order didn’t ask if I wanted my food as a meal so I ended up paying separately for fries and a drink afterward. When I finally got my food, they told me they couldn’t provide any ranch or BBQ sauce even though I had spent over $40. This felt unreasonable since most other Habits provide at least one sauce per order with additional sauces being charged. Last night (Friday) I got in line at 10:37 to be turned away because they are closed, but today I see their sign and they were supposed to be open until 11:00. Today I ordered, but they won’t give you a cup for water like other locations, but you can buy a bottle for $2.99

Staff was pleasant and good atmoshere. The ahi portion on the sandwich was an absolute joke for the price.
