The Honey Baked Ham Company

First time visiting this new location. They seem to always be very busy, today I went in with no one there. Great selection lots of different items to choose from catering individual meal. I went simple and got the roasted turkey classic. Turkey lettuce, Swiss cheese sauce. Tasted good too much bread for me overall nice sandwich. Second visit great sandwiches made like a professional. However, there was one staff member who didn’t want to assist when asking about a price of an item in the refrigerator. His response was, I don’t know it would have to be scanned, and he had no other assistance or advice for me, which is a shame because it was a nice pot roast in a bag that I could throw in my crockpot however they didn’t want to go beyond and scan the package

Since going here, the place is clean when I walk in and that includes the soda dispensers. Small detail but appreciated! they are super friendly and the classic sandwich..... fire!! I have had the potato salad and broccoli salad , I would stick with the potato salad. I think the broccoli salad needs more dressing and maybe add some shredded cheese. Also found out that if you purchase their soup mixes they will give you a ham bone with it. Thank you Honey Baked Ham for continuing to provide great professional service with smiles :)

A friend and I came in 2 weeks ago and were greeted by very friendly staff. It was my first time trying their food so I told them I needed just a minute to decide. The man behind the counter said “I will do you one better how about I let you try our popular items before you decide” my friend and I were taken back because typically that type of customer service is rare these days. We tried the sample plate he put together for us and let me just say the ham was AMAZING. I ended up going with the sliders and they did not disappoint. Thank you for such outstanding customer service and kindness. I will definitely be back and I have referred all of my friends to try!

I did not visit the store. I called. I would be driving over an hour to go get a ham and called first to check on the procedure. Have never done the honey baked ham before. Called as soon as it opened as I wanted to get there early. Employee acted as if they didn't care if I got one or not. Acted as if they were out out to answer questions I had. I had no idea how the hams came frozen or fresh, sizes etc? In my reading online I thought they came frozen but employee told me they were thawed. I called about 3 days after Xmas. I asked how long hams last? I wanted it to be good on the 1st. She said 10 days. Thankfully she added these hams were good thru the 2nd. The 2nd?? A new years ham that expires 1 day later? No thank you.

Every month we have a company lunch outing with our Clarksville TN team. Today we decided to visit the Honey Baked Ham store. This is a new location that has been opened for a couple of months. The whole team gave it a thumbs up and said it was on the list as a do again. The food was delicious the service was fantastic. The atmosphere was just right. Overall, our team was very pleased and would recommend The Honey Baked Ham Company to anyone looking for a place with great service and fantastic food!
